Advertiser Terms

These terms apply to anyone who places or manages a listing on escortsdownunder.com: independents, agencies and venues (you). They sit alongside the Terms of Use. You accept them when you claim or create a listing, and we record the date and time you did.

1. What you are getting

1.1 We publish an advertisement for you. We are not your employer, agent, manager or booking service, and we are not a party to any arrangement between you and anyone who contacts you.

1.2 We never take bookings, deposits or payments for your services, and we never pass messages on your behalf.

2. What you promise us

Each time you publish or change a listing, you promise that:

2.1 you are 18 or over, and everyone shown or described in the listing is 18 or over;

2.2 you own every photograph, video and piece of text in the listing, or have permission to publish it;

2.3 you may lawfully advertise these services where you offer them;

2.4 you are acting freely and for yourself. No one is making you advertise or controlling your listing without your agreement. An agency or venue promises that every person it lists has agreed to be listed and to what their listing says;

2.5 the listing is accurate, and you will update or remove it as soon as anything in it stops being true;

2.6 the listing follows our Content Policy.

3. Verification

If you ask for the Verified badge, you send us a photograph of yourself holding a handwritten note with that day's date, along with your listing photos. A person compares them. We delete the material once the check is done and keep only the date of the check. If your listing was already verified by a trusted third party we accept, you keep the badge. We may ask you to verify again, and we may remove the badge if the listing no longer matches what we checked.

4. What we can do

4.1 We may refuse, edit the formatting of, suspend or remove any listing at any time, for any reason.

4.2 If we receive a report that someone in a listing may be under 18 or may not be advertising freely, we suspend the listing first and look into it afterwards.

4.3 We review reports within 5 business days. We do not tell you who made a report.

4.4 We may share information with police or other authorities.

5. Your account

5.1 You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep them secure: anyone who can receive your codes can manage your listing.

5.2 You can unpublish or permanently delete your listing at any time from your dashboard.

6. Price

6.1 Your first 2 months are free, on us. No card required. We will email you when your free period is about to end.

6.2 Our prices and offers may change at any time. We will give you at least one week's notice by email before any paid plan starts. Nothing becomes paid unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

6.3 Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Your responsibility

7.1 You are solely responsible for your listing, your services, and every arrangement you make with anyone who contacts you.

7.2 We are not liable for any loss, harm, cost or damage of any kind arising from your listing, your services, your dealings with anyone, or the site being unavailable.

7.3 Your listing is public, and search engines index it. If you delete it, it leaves our site straight away. Copies held by search engines or other sites are outside our control.

8. Indemnity

You indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your listing, your services, or a breach of the promises in clause 2.

9. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. If a change affects you, we will tell you by email or SMS.
