Anti-Trafficking Statement
Our position, and what to do if you have a concern.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Escorts Down Under does not tolerate human trafficking, forced labour, sexual servitude or the exploitation of anyone under 18. The site is only for adults who advertise freely and for themselves.
What every advertiser promises us
Before a listing goes live, the advertiser promises that:
- they and everyone in the listing are 18 or over;
- they are advertising freely and on their own behalf, and no one is controlling them;
- if they are an agency or venue, every person they list has agreed to it.
These promises are in our Advertiser Terms. Breaking them ends the listing.
What we do
- A person reviews every report, within 5 business days.
- When a report suggests someone is under 18 or not advertising freely, we suspend the listing first and look into it afterwards.
- Where someone may be at risk, we pass on what we know to the police.
- We may not reply to the person who reported, and we do not tell anyone who made a report.
If you are worried about someone
- In immediate danger: call 000.
- Australian Federal Police: 131 237, or afp.gov.au
- Child exploitation: accce.gov.au
- Support for people affected by trafficking: Australian Red Cross, redcross.org.au
- Crime Stoppers (anonymous): 1800 333 000

If you are being made to advertise, email us and we will take your listing down, no questions asked.
