Content & Acceptable Use

This is what may and may not appear on escortsdownunder.com. It applies to every listing, photograph, video and piece of text.

Never allowed

• Anything involving anyone under 18, in any form, including "young-looking" or "schoolgirl" themes or anything suggesting a minor.
• Advertising for someone who is not doing it freely, including trafficked or coerced people.
• Advertising another person without their permission, or using someone else's photographs.
• Services or content that are illegal where they are offered.
• Sexually explicit images. Photographs may be sensual, but must not show genitals or sexual acts.
• Content designed to deceive, such as fake photos, bait-and-switch, or deposit scams.
• Hate speech, threats, or other people's private information.

Rules for listings

• One person per independent listing. Agencies and venues list each companion only with that person's consent.
• Photos must be of the person advertised, current, and yours to publish.
• Rates must be the real rates.
• Anything said about this site must be true.

Reports and enforcement

• A person reviews every report, within 5 business days. Nothing is taken down automatically. A listing with three or more reports is flagged for priority review.
• If a report says someone may be under 18 or may not be advertising freely, we suspend the listing first and look into it afterwards.
• We may not reply to the person who reported, and we do not tell anyone who made a report.
• Depending on what we find, we may edit, suspend or remove the listing, close the account, or refer the matter to the police.
• If your listing was removed and you think we got it wrong, email hello@escortsdownunder.com.
