Free period

Your first 2 months are free, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies once you choose a paid plan.

How the service is delivered

What we sell is digital: an advertisement published on escortsdownunder.com. It counts as delivered when your listing is live on the site. Any promotion you buy counts as delivered when it appears.

Refunds

• Charged by mistake, for example twice, or after you cancelled: refunded in full.
• If your listing could not be published because of a fault on our side: we refund that period.
• If you cancel: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund the unused part.
• If your listing is removed for breaking our rules: no refund.
• Otherwise, payments are not refundable.

How to ask

Email hello@escortsdownunder.com with the email or phone number on your account and the details of the charge. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
