These terms apply to everyone who uses escortsdownunder.com (the site). The site is run by Escorts Down Under, Brisbane, Australia (we, us). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you advertise on the site, the Advertiser Terms also apply to you.

1. What this site is

1.1 The site publishes classified advertisements placed by adults, agencies and venues.

1.2 We are not a party to any arrangement between an advertiser and anyone who contacts them. We do not arrange bookings, take payments for services, pass messages, or set prices, times or terms. Any arrangement is made directly between you and the advertiser, and both of you are responsible for it.

1.3 Advertisers are not our employees, contractors, agents or partners.

2. You must be 18 or over

The site contains adult material. You may use it only if you are 18 or over and if viewing adult material is lawful where you are. See Age Restriction.

3. Listings

3.1 Advertisers write and supply their listings: text, photographs, rates and availability. We do not write them, and we do not check them except as described in clause 4.

3.2 We order listings by things like recency, distance, availability and promotion. We do not rate, rank or recommend advertisers.

3.3 We may edit the formatting of a listing, or remove or suspend any listing at any time, for any reason.

4. What "Verified" means

4.1 "Verified" means a person on our team has compared the photographs on the listing with a photograph the advertiser sent us of themselves holding a handwritten, dated note, and formed the view that they show the same person.

4.2 We also accept verification from trusted third parties that checked the photographs in the same way. Those listings carry the same badge.

4.3 It is not a check of identity, age, legal status, health, safety, or anything else about the advertiser or the service offered. Listings without the badge have not been checked. That does not mean they are not genuine.

5. Using the site properly

You must not:

• copy, scrape or harvest listings, phone numbers, emails or photographs, by hand or by automated means;
• republish or resell content from the site;
• use the site to harass, threaten, stalk or defraud anyone;
• make false reports or impersonate anyone;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

6. Reports

You can report a listing. We review reports within 5 business days. We may not reply to the person who made the report, and we do not tell anyone who made it.

7. Use at your own risk

7.1 The site is provided "as is". You use it, and deal with any advertiser, entirely at your own risk.

7.2 We are not liable for any loss, harm, cost or damage of any kind arising from the site, from any listing, from anything an advertiser or user says or does, or from any arrangement between users and advertisers. Responsibility rests with the users and advertisers involved.

7.3 We do not promise that any listing is accurate, current, lawful or safe, or that the site will always be available.

8. Indemnity

You indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
